How it behaves
- A date that has passed is shown too, counting up instead of down. What happened yesterday is still worth seeing.
- The day count is whole days, so a daylight saving switch cannot shift it.
- The date does not repeat every year: a birthday or anniversary needs its year moved forward by hand once it has passed.
Dashy is in Obsidian's community plugins. Search for Dashy, install, enable, then run Dashy: Insert block and pick countdown.
